Meet Stephanie
I have been an acupuncturist since 2009. I have worked hard to create a nurturing, professional practice. Patients say their treatment starts in the waiting room the minute they enter the office. The environment is relaxing, safe and peaceful. Patients often arrive early to sit, have a cup of tea and let the stress of the day start to melt away prior to heading into the treatment room. They savor the decompression time rarely experienced in today's hectic world. This ambience is integral to the overall healing process. I never want patients to feel rushed when they are telling me the story of their health. I spend time listening to their individual health concerns and goals so we can co-create a comprehensive treatment plan to help get them there.

My Philosophy
My goal is to improve every patient's health and quality of life. Whether you are coming in to alleviate pain; get help with sleep; you are trying to get pregnant or want to reduce the impact of stress - I will do my best to empower and support you. I can provide you with the tools and information you need - but the critical step is to take an active role in your own health. Patient participation is crucial to becoming truly well. Making drastic changes and incorporating too many things at once can be overwhelming, so I always try to implement suggested changes slowly. This also makes it easier to track what is helping and what isn't. My goal is to treat the root cause of your symptoms by bringing harmony and balance back to your body. Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is not always a quick fix, but offers a long term health care solution without any negative side effects. It requires patience and a commitment to your own health and wellness to truly make a difference.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his or her patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.
